Settings open as a dialog from any page (sidebar bottom-left → Settings, or visit /settings). The dialog has two sections.
- Sign-inThe identity you use to access Prolifik.
- Social publishingThe channels that receive your scheduled content.
- BillingYour subscription and available plan controls.
YOU
Profile
- Display name and avatar — used in the workspace and on shared content.
- Email addresses — primary email shown next to your account; used for notifications.
- Connected accounts — third-party identity providers used for sign-in (e.g., Google · your@email). These are sign-in connections, not social posting connections.
- Update profile — change name, avatar, primary email.
Security
- Password reset.
- Active sessions (sign other devices out).
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP).
WORKSPACE
Plan & Billing
The plan tier you're on, current usage against your monthly cap, next invoice date, and a card-on-file management section. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at period-end for downgrades.

Annual billing is available at 20% off on Lite, Starter and Pro; monthly allowances still reset every month. Month-to-month with no long-term contract. There is no free trial: the first invoice is the first month.

What's not (yet) in Settings
- Workspace member management — Enterprise accounts get team seats; the team-management UI is on the roadmap. For now, contact
info@getprolifik.comto add or remove seats. - API tokens — programmatic access is on the roadmap; the Direct Posting API in Pro refers to direct platform publishing without manual copy-paste, not a public Prolifik API yet.
- Webhooks — coming.
Theme
Outside Settings, in the sidebar bottom: a Theme toggle (light / dark) saved per device.
Tips
- Set up 2FA on your Prolifik account. Your social connections post on your behalf; treat the account like a publishing account.
- Review usage mid-cycle. A glance at Plan & Billing tells you whether you're tracking to use 70% or 110% of the cap; the latter is the sign to upgrade or pace down.
- Annual billing pays for itself if you're past month two. 20% off is meaningful at €49 and €149/mo.
