Prices exclude VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. EU consumers are charged VAT at their local rate. Non-EU customers pay no VAT.

What counts as a video toward my monthly limit?
Your allowance covers approved videos: a video counts when you schedule or download it. Creating, refining, skipping or rejecting a draft does not use a video credit. The same saved video is counted once, so downloading it again does not use another credit. A new video or an unsaved export counts separately. AI Studio credits and AI Clipping minutes are metered separately.
How do AI Clipping minutes work?
Every plan includes AI Clipping, which turns long videos, streams and VODs into ready-to-post clips. A clip minute is one minute of source video you send in, however many clips come out of it. Each job uses a minimum of 5 minutes. Lite includes 60 minutes a month, Starter 360, Pro 1,400, and Enterprise is unlimited. Minutes reset each billing cycle and failed jobs are refunded automatically.
Can I buy more AI Studio credits?
Yes. Starter includes 250 AI Studio credits a month and Pro includes 1,000. One-time top-up packs are available in the app: 250 credits for €9, 1,000 for €29, or 3,000 for €69.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no contract and yearly plans no early-termination fee. Cancel from your account settings and keep access through the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no retention calls.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Generation pauses at your plan cap. You can upgrade in the app or wait for the next billing cycle. There are no silent overages.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Every plan can be billed yearly at 20% off: Lite €192, Starter €470, Pro €1,430 per year. Your monthly video, clipping and AI Studio allowances stay exactly the same and still reset every month. Flip the Monthly / Yearly switch above the plans, or pick yearly at checkout inside the app.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated on the next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
Do you refund unused credits?
Unused video credits do not carry over between months and are not refundable. If you paid annually and cancel early, you can request a prorated refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced via SEPA or wire transfer with standard payment terms.
