The useful starting point
Start with the client brand and an authorized recording. Use AI Clipper to propose moments, review every candidate and schedule only accepted versions. Keep source minutes, brand limits and client sign-off visible as the workload grows.
Keep each client connected to the right source
Clipping software for agencies needs to keep the recording, candidate clip and publishing destination connected. In Prolifik, start with the client brand and a recording you are authorized to repurpose. Use a supported YouTube, Twitch or Kick link, or upload the video file.
Ask for candidate moments within a useful duration range, then watch the actual cuts. Prolifik uses transcript and audio signals to propose clips. You still decide whether the opening makes sense, the crop shows the important detail and the ending preserves the point.
The YouTube clip maker covers that source-specific workflow. For stream clients, use the Twitch or Kick guide.
Give the editor a selection brief
A source link alone leaves too many decisions open. Keep the client name, recording title, permitted destinations and required treatment with the job. Add any names, product terms or qualifications the clip must preserve.
Interview
Keep the question when the answer depends on it. Exclude off-record passages from the source you submit rather than hoping they will be ignored.
Product demonstration
Keep the action and its visible result. Check the export at phone size before accepting a crop that hides the interface.
Stream
Preserve enough setup to explain the reaction or play. Review the facecam and gameplay together when both carry the moment.
Delivery
Record which version passed review and where it should publish. Confirm the client brand and connected account before scheduling.
Budget source minutes across the agency
Clip minutes measure the duration you ingest, not how many candidates you request. Each job has a five-minute minimum. A new client brand does not create another monthly allowance for the same account.
| Client recording | Source duration | Minutes to plan |
|---|---|---|
| Northline founder interview | 35 minutes | 35 |
| Harbor product training | 75 minutes | 75 |
| Studio Q audience questions | 50 minutes | 50 |
| Total source workload | 160 minutes | 160 |
This is a planning example, not a record of completed jobs. Against an otherwise unused Starter allowance of 360 monthly clip minutes, those sources leave 200 minutes. Leave room for additional recordings and check the current balance before submitting more work.
Lite includes one brand and 60 monthly clip minutes. Starter includes three brands and 360 minutes. Pro has unlimited brands and 1,400 minutes. The approved-video allowance is separate: 20 on Lite, 100 on Starter and 500 on Pro. See pricing for the current limits and Enterprise options.
Use a visible review state before delivery
Treat a returned clip as a candidate. Watch the beginning and ending, read the captions and inspect framing. For an instructional clip, verify the step being demonstrated. For an interview, retain the condition that changes the answer.
Keep a simple source map: client, original recording, job reference, candidate, review decision and final destination. That makes a later correction traceable without rechecking every recording. Reject unclear cuts instead of approving a fixed number from every source.
Agree client sign-off in your own delivery process. Library approval is the decision inside Prolifik to keep and schedule a video; it does not create a separate external client-approval portal. The clip review checklist can structure the internal pass.
Batch several recordings through MCP
An assistant connected through Prolifik MCP can submit up to ten source URLs per clipping request. Group recordings only when the requested treatment fits them. Preserve the source and job references, and investigate a failed source before resubmitting the whole group.
The batch clipping guide covers source organization and partial failures. The MCP reference describes the current request controls. This is an assistant-driven batch route; ordinary single-video clipping is also available in the product.
Schedule accepted clips for the right brand
Connect the client’s destination accounts, check the caption and choose the posting time. Approved clips can move to the content calendar for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. Check the published status as well as the scheduled state, and inspect the reported reason before retrying a failure.
If the agency also creates original social content, Prolifik provides six formats alongside AI Clipper: Image Carousel, Text Story, Meme Reaction, Caption Meme, Clip Montage and Video Hook & Demo. The demo format needs an actual recording. Brand Intelligence supplies brand context from a website; it does not invent footage of a working product.
Questions
Is Prolifik a clipping campaign marketplace?
No. It supplies clipping, review and publishing tools. Recruitment, campaign terms, payouts and client contracts remain in the systems you use to manage them.
Can an agency work on several client brands?
Yes, within the plan’s brand allowance. Keep each client’s connected accounts and content under the appropriate brand, and budget the shared monthly usage before accepting more source footage.
Does requesting more clips use more source minutes?
Source duration determines clip minutes. Requesting more candidates does not create more source footage, but you still need to review each candidate and respect the separate approved-video allowance.
How can we try the clipping workflow?
The 7-day free trial needs no card and includes 30 source minutes. Paid plans start at €15/month. Test a recording short enough to fit the available allowance, then review its context, captions and crop.
