Use the template for a profile brief

A profile preview helps you judge the whole screen together: the name people search for, the promise in your bio, and the first six covers they see. Use your own photo and planned captions, then share the PNG with the person creating your videos.

  1. Write the profile. Enter a display name, username, short bio and website label. Counters show the template’s character limits as you type.
  2. Arrange the grid. Open the cover editor and give each video a specific subject. Add your images to check how the covers work as a set.
  3. Compare and export. Switch between left-aligned and classic layouts. Download a PNG or copy the values and design dimensions into a brief.

What the export includes

The PNG contains the current profile concept and six video covers at twice the preview resolution. Your design brief includes the text, counts, chosen layout and this template’s dimensions. Uploaded photos are embedded in the PNG; the copied text brief lists which slots have images.

The design uses a 390-pixel-wide canvas with 16-pixel profile margins and a three-column cover grid. These are our template dimensions. Check the current TikTok app before preparing a production design or promising a client an exact match.

Give every cover a job

Start with a clear introduction, one useful tip and a specific example of your work. Keep cover text short enough to read in a three-column grid. A strong bio gets visitors oriented; the videos need to deliver the promise.

Your photos stay on your device

This tool reads selected image files locally. It does not upload your photos or profile entries, connect to TikTok, check username availability, or change your account. Closing or resetting the page clears the preview. Download your PNG before leaving if you want to keep it.

Common questions

Is this an official TikTok template?

No. It is an independent planning tool from Prolifik. TikTok may show a different profile layout on your account or device.

Can I use the profile image in a client presentation?

Yes. Download the PNG after entering your client’s own details and images. The preview contains only the sample or user-supplied content shown on the page.

Does this publish a profile to TikTok?

No. Use the export as a design brief, then update your profile in the TikTok app.
