Content Library Guide

How the Prolifik Content Library organizes every rendered video by status, format, source, search and bulk actions.

The Library at /library is the source-of-truth list of every piece your workspace has ever rendered, across automations, manual creations, and Pulse decisions.

Top-line stats

Five tiles at the top show real-time counts:

ReadyRendered, awaiting an action (approve, schedule, download)
ScheduledQueued to a Calendar slot, will publish automatically
PostedLive on at least one connected platform
RenderingVisuals are still being produced
FailedRender or publish failed; needs a retry

There's also an Archive filter (visible in the filter strip below) for pieces you've manually archived or that were rejected from Pulse.
