The Library at /library is the source-of-truth list of every piece your workspace has ever rendered, across automations, manual creations, and Pulse decisions.
Top-line stats
Five tiles at the top show real-time counts:
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready | Rendered, awaiting an action (approve, schedule, download) |
| Scheduled | Queued to a Calendar slot, will publish automatically |
| Posted | Live on at least one connected platform |
| Rendering | Visuals are still being produced |
| Failed | Render or publish failed; needs a retry |
There's also an Archive filter (visible in the filter strip below) for pieces you've manually archived or that were rejected from Pulse.
Filtering the list
The filter strip below the stats lets you slice the library three ways:
- Status — All, Ready, Scheduled, Posted, Rendering, Failed, Archive (each shows a count).
- Format — All, Carousel, Text Story, Meme, Clip Montage, Video Hook & Demo.
- Source — All, Automation, Manual.
A search field below the filters runs against the script text of each piece. So if you remember "the one about saving 3 hours a week," typing saving 3 hours will find it.
A piece in the list
Each card shows:
- A thumbnail / preview (or a "Rendering…" spinner if not done yet).
- Format badge (top-left).
- Status badge (top-right):
Ready,Rendering,Scheduled,Posted,Failed. - The first line of the script.
- The source:
MANUALorAUTOMATION.
Click a card to open the piece detail view (script + render + actions).
Bulk actions
Click Select in the top-right of the filter row to enter selection mode. From there you can:
- Multi-select pieces.
- Bulk archive.
- Bulk schedule (pick slots in a row).
- Bulk download as a zip.
This is essential for cleanup after a 500- or 1,000-piece automation.
Where pieces come from
| Source | How it appears |
|---|---|
Manual content (/content/{format}) | Always lands in Library after render. |
| Automation with Render now & decide later | Lands in Library + Pulse. |
| Automation with Render & download zip | Lands in Library AND triggers a zip download. |
| Pulse approval | Status flips from Ready → Scheduled → Posted over time. |
| Pulse skip | Stays in Library; reachable via the Archive filter. |
Real-world usage
A typical workspace at any reasonable volume keeps:
- ~300–500 Ready at all times (a healthy buffer).
- 20–40 Scheduled (the next 1–2 weeks).
- A growing Posted backlog (your published archive).
- <10 Failed at any moment (we retry failed posts automatically; >10 usually means a connector reconnect is needed).
Tips
- The script search is fast and underused. Use it to find old pieces and re-publish them on a different brand or platform.
- Archive is a real bucket. If you reject a piece in Pulse and decide a week later it would have been good after all, it's still in Archive — pull it back.
- Filter by Source = Manual when reviewing — it surfaces hand-crafted pieces that often deserve a higher-priority Calendar slot than automation output.
- Bulk download is your backup. Periodically export your Library; you own your content.
