Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses or uses Prolifik. It is part of the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, or legal action.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to create, generate, store, or distribute content or engage in activity that:

2.1 Illegal or harmful

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Depicts or sexualizes minors in any form, or is otherwise child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against any person or group.
• Facilitates human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders in a way that encourages such behavior.

2.2 Infringing or deceptive

• Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Impersonates a real person, brand, or organization without clear authorization.
• Generates non-consensual sexual imagery of real persons, or deepfakes intended to defame, deceive, or manipulate.
• Contains deceptive political content designed to manipulate elections or public discourse.
• Facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, or misleading advertising.

2.3 Hateful or harassing

• Attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, or harasses people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease).
• Doxxes or reveals private personal data of others without lawful basis.

2.4 Explicit or adult content

• Generates pornographic, sexually explicit, or excessively violent content.
• Depicts graphic violence, gore, or cruelty.

2.5 High-risk advice

• Provides medical diagnosis, treatment, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance.
• Instructions for creating weapons, drugs, malware, or other materials that can cause significant physical, digital, or financial harm.

3. AI-Specific Rules

• Transparency: Where law or platform rules require, you must disclose that content was generated or materially altered by AI (e.g. EU AI Act Article 50, platform deepfake labels).
• Consent for likeness: Do not generate content using the name, voice, or likeness of a real person without their verifiable consent, except for public-figure commentary that is clearly satirical and would qualify as fair dealing or news reporting under applicable law.
• No attempts to bypass safety: Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent safety systems or usage limits.
• Model output is not expert advice: Do not rely on Output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification.

4. Platform Compliance

When you publish to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other connected platform through the Service, you are responsible for complying with that platform's rules, including rules about:

• AI-generated content disclosures and labels.
• Branded/sponsored content disclosures.
• Spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, and posting frequency.
• Copyrighted music, clips, or imagery.
• Age-restricted or region-restricted content.

5. Security & Abuse

• No unauthorized access attempts, scanning, or probing of our infrastructure.
• No automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading that is not expressly permitted by documented API rate limits.
• No uploading of malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the Service without our written agreement.
• No use of the Service to train competing AI models.
• No actions that place unreasonable load on the Service or degrade it for other users.

7. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and recurrence of a violation, we may, at our discretion: remove or block content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve data for investigation, and report to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

We may update this AUP at any time to address new risks or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
